Patrick Townes formed Townes Law Firm in 2021 to help simplify the process of buying/selling real estate. In his experience, most stress and frustration arose from lack of communication/unavailability. Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a minor in Economics from Presbyterian College while a member of the golf team. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in 2013 and admitted to the South Carolina Bar in May of 2014.
Since then, Patrick has dedicated his career to real estate transactions. He has successfully closed thousands of real estate transactions, showcasing his expertise and meticulous attention to detail. His comprehensive knowledge of real estate law allows him to navigate complex legal matters with ease, ensuring that his clients' interests are protected at every stage of the process.
Patrick and his lovely wife/Office Manager, Caitlin, live in Mt. Pleasant with their two children (Annalee & Jack), two dogs (Rhett & Daisy..see below!) and one cat (Binx). He enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf or basketball, following his favorite Tennessee Vols, and acting like he can cook on his Trager grill.
